Nice comfortable room, excellent location across from the subway entrance for lines 14 and 6, close to bus Terminal and cinematheque.

The TV had no smart features or internet connection, so useless to us. Minor issue, would stay again anyways.

Great place to stay in Paris with a great number of restaurants, shops around.

Clean room. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. The location is superb and access to the metro is super easy.

The toilet had stains and wasnt cool at all.

Convenient and affordable hotel

Very well-located, close to metro. Tasty breakfast choices. Nice bar. Good sized room. Nice staff.

Only 2 elevators for whole hotel so sometimes was a long wait. Breakfast was super crowded, with no sense of order. And there weren’t enough tables. Maybe consider setting up eating times. The housecleaning staff knocked on our door everyday to clean. For stays of 3 days, no cleaning is needed. The pillows were too soft. The room was too warm.

A great Paris hotel with everything you need and nice people.

The location of the hotel is great near to metro station and to the Arena. Really cosy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff changed our towers everyday and removed the trash as well. There are water dispenser near the restaurant and lobby bar, so you could fill your bottle or drink directly from a cup next to the dispenser.

The rooms are bit small and there is not wardrobe, but it’s not a big deal as the staff and everything else is very good.

Adequate stay only if one wants to watch concerts at Accor Arena

Close proximity to metro and Accor Arena. Room is quiet . Breakfast is basic but nice.

Bedsheet is not really clean and one of the toilet lights is fused less than 24 hours after check in. No complimentary water. Basic facility compared to price paid.

We enjoyed the place

The hotel is located near the Seine river, in a non central but nice neighborhood. Very good accessibility with two Metro lines and several bus lines. Fews minutes walk from parc Berci, Berci Arena Stadium, Simone de Beauvoir bridge, national library and Cour-Saint-Emillion restaurants area. Several nearby bars and restaurants. Hotel lobby is modern and well designed. There is a small bar that we never used. Nice dining room for breakfast. Clean room and big and comfortable bed. View to Berci park and the national library. Luggage storage room that helped us alot in our last day of stay. Friendly and helpful team.

The check-in process, late at night, was painfully long (over 30 minutes to register 3 rooms). The room is rather small (the large bed employs most of its area. In addition to the bed, the room is minimally furnished: kind of shelf to put the suitcase on, small bedside table, and a kind of partition that allows you to hang some cloth, Nothing beyond that: no closet, no chair, nothing. The bathroom is very clean and modern, but also minimal: shower only, WC that strangely hides behind the door, and a large sink. No shelf, poor lighting. Both the sink and the the WC were clogged, handled by staff on same day. There are 3 elevators, one of them never worked, so waiting times were sometimes long. The breakfast is nice, but no vegetables at all and almost nothing for vegan guest. On two evenings during our stay there was a very loud music till 23:00 - kind of party or wedding or something - this may disturb some guests.

Good placement close to La gare de Lyon. The bed in the room, soo comfortable! The silence in the room and the temperature in the room. Staff very friendly!

The perfume, the hotel is highly perfumed. The paintings on the Wall in the hallways and in the room. It scares small children i think.

After a long sleepless trip from the US, this was the perfect place to rest and relax.

The ladies at the reception were wonderful. They were eager to answer our questions and provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. The facility was sparkling clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great experience!!!

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was all perfect.
