Great value for money - next to the Accor Arena

Went to the usher concert very convenient the stadium was a 2 min walk from the hotel

A bit noisy but hey . You get what you pay for. It’s not an all inclusive resort

Helpful staff, nice room and good water pressure. Clean. Good location to visit Arena shows. Pancakes for breakfast were great.

No slippers for the cold floor.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time but my room was already prepared so could immediately check in. The breakfast was very good. Lots of things to choose from, and although it was busy, there were no large queues.

In general: the hotel/room could do with a bit of renovation.

Over decent, can be impoved

Nice and decent but some rooms have bathtub and some don’t and they both come in same category. It can be of little issue in future concerning customers.

They didn’t gave me chocolates in 2nd time stay. They don’t have room slippers, toothbrush and water bottles facilities at the hotel.

Over all I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the metro station.

The bathroom/toilet should be equipped with air sucker or dehumidifier. Perhaps hot water tank so that no sudden drop of hot water to cold while taking shower.

You get what you pay for basically. The bed was clean, but the bathroom - not so much. The check-in and check-out were fast. We were staying at this hotel because we were attending a concert in the Accor Arena, which is basically the next building by the hotel, so the location was perfect and it was the main reason why we booked this exact hotel. We expected a bit more from an Ibis because of our previous experience with this chain, but it is what it is. Overall - a decent place to stay for 1 night if you are there for a concert or need a place to stay close to a nearby railway station. It was not awful.

The bathroom. The toilet had significant dents and marks on it(even though it looked clean to be fair), the bath was clogged and the water was not draining(no matter what we did), so we had to skip our morning shower that day unfortunately. The bathrooms and the hotel overall need a renovation in our opinion.

Just so glad we could stay, despite lour delayed arrival thanks to SNCF

The hotel had been very cleverly modernised, including the mirrored glass between bedroom and bathroom.

There was an odd smell from the a/c on entering the room, but that cleared after a while.

Close to FlixBus drop off point at Bercy and also right next to Metro stop. Comfortable, reasonable sized room. Good breakfast.

Beware, there is an Ibis Styles and Ibis at Bercy. Catches many out.

Our room is a bit warm. I think the air conditioning system is not functioning well. There’s no fridge atleast to keep our water cold.

Lovely hotel, good location

I was allowed to check in by 9 am. without additional cost, and that was a plus. The room was spacious and had a nice view. I loved the fact that the tv had the smart view option, which meant I could mirror my phone on it to watch anything of my choice as there were barely any stations in English. Breakfast was good as they had various options. The location is like 5 minutes' walk to the train, metro, and bus stations. They are restaurants and shops nearby.

The male receptionist we met when we arrived was very impolite and told us there was nowhere to sit and wait till 9am for check-in, so we had to leave and come back.

Good location with transportation but not that clean

The location is very convenient, you can find the metro right in front of the entrance. Also, there is escalator at the metro exit. Good price for staying at Paris that provides breakfast.

The bed sheets and towels are not that clean and the facilities seem to be old. Also, the sound insulation between rooms is bad. Not recommend for someone that is sensitive to sound during sleeping.
